I recently had my shower and bathroom tile cleaned, grout restored, and everything sealed by Delta Grout Cleaning, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The initial quote and communication with the company was quick and professional. That was impressive to me, immediate a thorough responses to all my questions and revisions to the requested work. Alberto, the technician, made the whole experience stand out. From the moment he arrived, you could tell he truly cared about doing things the right way. He was incredibly respectful of my home, carefully bringing in his equipment, taking extra precautions not to bump or damage anything, and wearing shoe covers the entire time. That really made me feel like I could trust him during the process. He was also very professional and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions, and never rushed through the process. I could tell he takes pride in his work, he was thorough, patient, and made sure every inch of the tile and grout was properly cleaned and sealed. The color match on the grout/sealant looks great and really brought everything back to life, literally looks brand new. Overall, it just felt like he treated my home the way he would his own, and that meant a lot. Delta Grout provided an excellent service, from quote to communication, they responded promptly,  estimate sent was very detailed and on point on what I need , they do not push services that customer does not need or not necessary, technician who came was very respectful of property and did an amazing job in our master bathroom, regrouted everything and cleaned the hard water stains and rust off the shower.
